Problematic: Should prostitution be considered as a Human Right ?

Some people consider prostitution to be the “very first vice”, and that it had always existed. The formulation of the problematic of the Human Rights Committee may seem particular, but it is in fact more about the question of ‘Should we have all rights on our own body”. Then comes more questions: Should we consider prostitution as a Human Right ? How to assure safety for sex-workers ? How to regulate this protection into a legal plan? Can legislation on prostitution be made on an international scale ? All these odd yet crucial questions will be discussed in AddiMUN 2019’s Human Rights Committee.
